BBQ Type Welding Indexer / Positioner / Solid Type
Global Tech. also supplies ready to use Welding Positioners, which is suitable upto 1400kgs payload (both side supported). This can be used in indexing a job horizontally (parallel to ground) in conjunction with Welding Robot. Product uses Nabtesco, Japan Gearbox. 1 Arc-min accuracy.
Product is supplied with all Gearbox Flange, O-ring, Oil seal, Coupling and Vigo Grease filled - ready to mount on your Table/Frame. Positioner has grease input and output ports. Output plate is also supplied on which L frame can be directly attached. Indexer is normally supplied without servo motor. Servo flange is made as per your servo motor.

We also make Hollow Type Positioner using Nabtesco Japan Gearbox. Models are - FAT-250 (500kgs), FAT-500 (1000kgs), FAT-1000 (1500kgs). [these are both Sides supported ref. Loads.
Its hollow in the middle to let cables pass thru. This is flexible to any servo motors. 1 Arc-min Backlash.
